Need help asap, roaming not working!

Hi, 

Arrived in Turkey tonight and cant use my phone at all, for anything! 

 

I made sure that I purchased the Turkey roaming add on for 10 days at £35 before we left the country this afternoon.. I've had a confirmation text that its been activated and the charge has been added on to my bill but nothing is working! 😔 

There is signal showing and the 4g keeps showing up but there doesn't seem to be any kind of working connection. I've restarted my phone lots of times and I've done the network search on settings and tried and tested each available network. All of my phone settings seem to be switched on as they should be and its definitely switched on in the id app too? 

 

What could be going wrong, someone please help! 🙏 xx

Hey there ​@Joanne_464, we’re very sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your phone, and also resetting network settings?

 

Also, have you tried manually selecting the different available Turkish networks to see if any work?
