network provider number ids not my personal number


I can not get roaming and the. Network provider number is different from my mobile number

Hey there ​@Marktaylor12, sorry to hear that. When did you transfer your number over to us? Has the number switch completed?

 

Also, when you say you can’t get roaming, can you advise further what you mean by this please, so we can help as best as possible?

Hi, I transferred in December. I am currently in France and my phone is not connecting to a local network, when I go through my iPhone settings and in network it shows a different number than my ported number.

Can you manually changed the number to the correct on?

Go to Settings - My apps - Phone - My number and then change it there. You will need to ensure it starts with +44.

Can you also access your iD Mobile app and check that roaming is enabled.
