I’m on a new iphone16, sent to me last week. Switched from EE and waiting - until Friday?! - for my PAC code to be activated and my old number to be moved to ID-mobile. Bought an eSim instead of a physical SIM. Monthly contract paying 30pounds/month. Migrated all my stuff from old iphone to new iphone and am now in Italy. I have no roaming and no data. I have followed all the instructions online. Still no roaming. Often in the instructions you’re telling me to follow for an iphone16, the opitions and selections you’re telling me to set do not mirror what I see in my phone settings. I spent over an hour on LiveChat last night, no fix. If I can’t get this fixed, I just want to cancel the whole contract. I’ve never had so much trouble. Someone please help?
I’ve done Reset. my new phone is running iOS 18.4.1, model number MYE93QN/A…. Serial number L4VQQ4RFXW.
LiveChat is telling me to manually select a different network carrier. That is not an option in my Settings.
