New to ID. Can’t get data when in Europe. Using SIM in Netgear Nighthawk M2.

Hi, after some help please. Using hard SIM in Netgear Nighthawk M2 whilst travelling in Europe but router says data connection is disconnected. Have downloaded eSIM into iPhone 14 to test and can send texts and make calls but when doing internet speed test can download but not upload.

Has worked OK in UK using same equipment as router in Moho.

    We are limited in as to how we can help, as we don’t support the use of iD SIM cards in routers.

    You could try following the steps in this article though - I'm abroad and Roaming is not working. What should I do? | iD Mobile Community
