No data whilst roaming (Spain)

Hi, I’m using an iD Mobile PAYG eSIM on an iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 18).
I’m currently roaming in Spain and connected to the Orange network.
Calls, texts, and mobile data all fail, even though the phone shows signal. Safari says “Connection not secure” and other browsers say “No Internet.”
I’ve already reset network settings, turned data roaming on/off, manually selected Orange, and restarted the phone.
Please can you re-provision my roaming profile and reset my roaming/data bearer permissions on your system? It looks like the line is registered on the network but data access isn’t authorised.

Natalie, I have spent two hours on live chats which have proved fruitless. I followed all the suggestions offered to no avail. I haven’t had any cellular data in the 6 weeks I’ve been away. So far a completely useless purchase. I have requested that id  re-provision my roaming profile and reset my roaming/data bearer permissions on your system as I believe the issue is on your side. This needs to be dealt with now please

Update - I can receive calls from the UK while roaming in Spain, but have no data connection. Safari reports ‘No Internet Connection’. I’ve reset network settings, manually selected Orange ES, updated to iOS 18, and still have no data. Please check or re-provision my roaming data/APN settings on your end

There appears to be an issue with roaming on the Orange network in Spain going from past posts. Try manually connecting to Vodafone, Telefonica or Xfera.

Thanks ​@WelshPaul My options here are Vodafone, Orange and Movistar and I’ve tried all of them : /
