I am in Greece and can send/receive texts and calls but I have no mobile internet.
How I can turn it on? I have an android phone, LG ThinQ8.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried resetting your network settings?
Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth
