In Spain. Roaming usually works OK here. Samsung M31. My wife has the same phone also on ID hers works perfectly.
When on Movistar can't make/receive calls or texts. Sometimes it goes automatically to Vodafone ES and works. (Not an ID partner).
Phone WILL NOT go to manual network select
Have spent more than two hours with chat agents. They all keep telling me to change manually to Yoigo. Phone will not change from automatic to manual.Yesterday Agent Maurice dumped my chat after 90 minutes.
I also think that the agents are helping several.clients at the same time.
Anybody got any ideas please? It seems the agents Can't help.
