No roaming connectivity in Australia

I purchased the Australia roaming add on and have confirmation in the app I have that I now have that but I have no network connection. Roaming is enabled on my phone and in the app.

    Sorry to hear this, have you tried manually connecting to networks whist there?

     

    In Australia, we rely on Yes Optus, Telstra Mobile, Vodafone Australia for connection.
