I’ve recently been to Switzerland & Slovenia. I’ve been able to make calls, but unable to receive any.
The person calling is getting the engaged tone.
Very frustrating as I travel a lot.

I was struggling with receiving incoming calls of all things. Switched provider, rather than automatic, & all worked.

Are you still experiencing issues with this? Is the person making calls using the +44 prefix for UK mobile numbers?
