Not recieving calls or texts while abroad

Hi,

 

I'm currently abroad in chile and have all appropriate roaming settings enabled on my phone. I have recieved texts and calls from UK numbers fine until now, but as of today I cannot recieve anything. 

 

I have tried all of the suggestions on the community help pages. Can anyone help with how to sort this?

    Are you getting any bars of signal?

     

    You can’t receive anything? Can you send any texts/calls?

     

    It’ll cost to receive/take calls, but you should still be able to receive texts.
