When I arrived my mobile data didn't work and still isn't working I'm currently in benidorm with no Internet

    I think I’m a good fit to answer this because I am fresh back from Malaga using ID mobile

     

    do you have data roaming turned on in the settings on your phone?

     

    what network are you connected to currently? I ask because I found that Vodafone ES was quite useless, however, Movistar was very consistent

    while this should be turned on by default, Just double check that it is indeed turned on in your ID mobile app settings
