on holiday in Tenerife, frequently unable to access my data allowance, and unable to phone my contacts(even my wife beside me) why? I’m paying for this (lack of) service? i need ID Mobile to contact me but can’t find a phone number or chat line?

You can roam in Tenerife using either Vodafone, Telefonica, Xfera, or Orange networks. If one wasn’t working you can manually roam onto another using network selection settings.

Many Thanks, I had tried Vodaphone but no joy. Tried a Spanish one called Movistar and got on. Cheers.
