I'm struggling to understand where information about incurred costs can be viewed. I've started using out of plan data, despite not seeming to have used enough data to hit the roaming limit of 30gb.
I'm currently in Austria, having been through France/Switzerland over the last few days. I am not in danger of hitting the number of days abroad limit. I have not manually selected any networks.
My phone reports only using 13.8gb data roaming.
My billing period is from the 23rd of each month. I got a message on the 24th saying I've used 80% of my bill cap, so clearly the charges are in this new billing period. As I have hit my spend cap, I now no longer have access to data unless I raise it.
I have 98GB data in total left including carry over.
How can I work out why I've been charged? What are my options for obtaining more roaming data, seeing as I don't think I've used my cap?

Hey there @Cakeisbetterthangranola, thank you for reaching out to us. As of right now, we have a promotion on, where you can use as much data as you have in your regular UK allowances abroad, meaning you’re not capped at 30GB. Please see below:
In terms of your bill cap, this will relate to charges in Switzerland, as Switzerland is not included in our EU roaming, so you’d be charged for calls, texts and data used here. However, France and Austria are included, so you wouldn’t be charged for usage here. Please see below:
Therefore, you should be able to use as much as you usually have in your allowances in Austria and France. If you’ve used all your bill cap up in Switzerland however, you’d need to increase your bill cap via the iD Mobile app/website, or purchase a roam-beyond add-on for data only if you wish to do so.

Just going back to the original point, is there any way to see what I've been charged for? I accept that it's almost certainly Switzerland roaming data, but I can't find anywhere on the app/website where that is explicitly stated with a breakdown, which seems a bit of a shortcoming unless I'm wrong?
Hey there @Cakeisbetterthangranola, if your bill is ready, you should be able to download/view it and have a itemised breakdown of your usage etc. If won’t show which country exactly, but will show all rest of the world roaming usage in terms of data, calls and texts and be broke down there for you.
Thanks,
Tyler
