Hi, my Internet is not working. My phone is not working. I’m in Portugal.

Did you enable roaming on your iD account before you left the UK?

 

Have you swiped roaming on on your phone?

 

If the answer is yes to both of the above try manually searching for a roaming partner network, then of those (MEO, NOS, Vodafone) try connecting to the 2nd one down on the list. Once you get the automated rate advice text it should start working.
