I confirm that I have set a spend cap and turned international calls ON on the app but im still unable to make calls to Iran. Can you please help? 🙏
I have tried so many methods to contact the team. Live chat button isn’t there, email gets back with an auto response that the mailbox is not monitored and there is no phone line.
For international services, you need to enable the International toggle switch in the app and have a spend cap set apropriate to allow the chargeable spend which you’ve already done.
You also need to use the correct dialling code for ringing that country.

as I’ve clearly mentioned in my post, I have already done those. My spend cap is at 25 and have set international calling on in the app. I still get an automated message that the operator ‘ does not allow calls to this number’ whenever I make an attempt
