Please can someone help, I'm desperate!!!! I'm currently in Thailand and my bank account has been blocked, I need to call my bank but ID mobile isn't allowing calls. The day before I went away to Thailand my phone displayed that I could only make emergency calls, I'm not sure If this has anything to do with it. Please someone help, I can't pay for anything and I can't call anyone!

Use CHAT [that should appear on your online banking pages] or DIRECT MESSAGE them on social media to chat with your bank.

I’m sorry to hear this, have you tried manually switching networks in your device settings instead of using automatic network selection?

Do you have a spend cap set up on the account? If so, this may be preventing you from making a chargeable call.
