Pls this is very irritating not being able to speak to someone. I need urgent help pls call me! 

 

I hope this message will Not* be ignored! As this is the only way you divert everyone

 

Expecting yr call. It's regarding roaming as I don't want to be left with no Internet when abroad

While we don’t currently offer phone support, we do have several ways you can get in touch with a real via our Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or you can email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk and outline the details of your query, we would love the opportunity to put things right.

I'm travelling next week and I don't want to not have my roaming working as the 2 previous time. I followed the steps for roaming and still didn't hv Internet. My ID allowance include free roaming in EU. I'm telling you in advance before travelling next week so I'm not stuck. I will prefer someone to physically talk as writing n trying to explain can be extremely frustrating for my case

If ID cannot gave customers services to talk with i will definitely look forward to cancel my 3 contracts.  I prefer to explain with someone

Those are your options. Nobody is going to phone you!

If you want telephone support, then go with a network that offers telephone support, such as EE, Vodafone, O2 and Three, but be prepared to pay more per month for the privilege.

Hearing something you dislike doesn’t make it rude! My previous statement was factually correct.

 

I don’t know why iD Mobile roaming is so unreliable, but there is nothing support can do other than what’s written in the following guide.

They are plenty other services that I can find reliable theres not only here. I have received no Internet in my roaming when I visited the Eu. This has caused me lots of problems as I needed to see a doctor tgere and couldn't have  my ID roaming twice in the same year. I've followed yr steps but nothing.  I'm about to go next week n was annoyed to not have any Internet again. This is where my frustration lies

So am I in customers services or else? Welshpaul who answered my question said not affiliate with ID. I wanted to address customers services abd the link brought ne here which is not what I needed.
