Recently joined iD on sim only, when abroad my previous network provider showed on my phone and was unable to receive calls

Thank you Tom, I will try that the next time I'm away, I'm on an eSim with Id but my old network is a sim, something so simple! Thank you for your reply

    Hi ​@Fishg 

     

    You may need to remove the old network’s SIM/eSIM from the device and insert only the iD Mobile SIM card.
