I have also tried +447 still the same effect . The call is ended automatically before the call is formed

My wife can call me she is with Lebara network in UK. It is very frustrating 

I have used +447 as well with similar results the call is closed before any connection or ringing is made. My wife who has Lebara and daughter on smarty can call me with no issues

Further details, I can't call any UK mobile number located in UK or abroad. Can someone find a reason? I have restRted the phone several time. Pixel 7 pro AMD I have esim from ID

Yes, I have both checked. I was in EU in May and all worked ok. I have received a cal from ID service teams but I found it somehow dodgy. The guy said is because my esim is damaged somehow I need a physical SIM They asked for a price of £27.25 to have a SIM delivered... He did say it will be returned but I found it unusual. First I am a customer and already paying through direct debit, so if necessary 1 pound could have been retained. Secondly the sum was weird and it sounded like a payment. Why should I pay for it because ID som card is broken? It is not operator dependent 

Hey there ​@Casaubond, we wouldn’t charge for a replacement SIM card to be sent, unless we were potentially sending it abroad, which I don’t believe we’d do. What was the phone number that rang you please?

In terms of the calling, are no phone numbers working at all?

Have you tried resetting network settings?

The phone was ,07871023398. I can call UK landline numbers an EU mobile numbers. The only numbers I can't call are the UK mobile numbers regardless if the owner is in UK or abroad in EU

I am sorry for the misunderstanding 

 I have been in Romania for 5 days in May this year and everything worked as expected.

I have returned to Romania last week and I have noticed I can't call UK mobile numbers regardless if the phone is physically located in UK or in Romania or in Spain for example.

I can call UK landline, and EU landlines or mobile numbers. The Dara roaming works flawless as well.

Weird problem.

Just to check, is your phone number showing correctly in settings? Secondly, have you tried restarting your phone, and also resetting network settings?

Also, what error do you get when trying to make a call?

Finally, are you able to receive calls okay?
