Hi, I bought few days ago add ons roaming in turkey, however it’s never worked, could you please refund £20.

For a refund, probably best to contact iD customer service, using the iD online Live Chat service, ​@Natasha Badjazina

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 bot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Can you please confirm if you are still currently in Turkey?

If yes, have you tried to manually search and connect to all networks available?
