I have purchased a data add on for Turkey, but when I try to connect to the Internet it keeps saying no data, it says it is active in my sim account management please help 

Maybe there are some glitches with the ‘new’ iD Roam Beyond data add-on product, ​@RussellM73

Probably best to try the iD Live Chat service for assistance - the iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Sorry to hear this, have you tried connecting manually to networks whist there?

 

In Turkey we rely on AVEA and Turkcell.

Got through to customer service on the live chat and after various attempts to sort it, they've ended up crediting me for the roam beyond add on, which still leaves me without anyway to use my phone apart from the hotel WiFi, good job my girlfriends phone works ok


Okay ​@RussellM73, if your phone is eSIM capable, perhaps use the hotel Wi-Fi to get a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Turkey. 

You could try a Google search with “travel eSIM for Turkey”.
