Having bought a roam beyond data add on for Turkey I couldn’t get it to work. Having tried all work arounds still not working. ID mobile agent kept telling me that I needed to connect to the Avea network but that wasn’t showing up under available networks. Agent escalated to technical team and tells me that I need to wait 24 hours. After doing a quick google search it turns out that AVEA actually shows up on your phone as Turk Telecom. It would be good if ID mobile agents knew this! Would save a lot of time. Paid for 5 days roaming but actually will only get 4 after the issues today. Not happy ID mobile
