I purchased a 10 day roaming add on for Mexico yesterday but it still won’t work. 
 

Anyone else had any issues?? Not sure what to do as live chat is closed today. 
 

Help would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear this, is roaming enabled on your device & iD account settings?

 

Have you tried manually connecting to networks whilst in Mexico?
