Roam Beyond Not Working


I purchased Roam Beyond before my trip to Turkey but all data I have used is being added to my bill.

Unfortunately ​@Dougie2301, some customers have discovered their iD Roam Beyond add-on doesn’t work. 

Probably best to contact iD customer service for a refund. 

iD Mobile

If you’ve got a dual-SIM phone with eSIM capability, a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Turkey might be a better option. 

Try a Google search using “data-only eSIM for Turkey”.
