Can I see if roaming is on my account and if so does it show how much I've used ?

You can check if you have Roaming enabled by following this guide:
While you can’t specifically track Roaming usage, you will receive SMS at 80% and 100% use.

Roaming is enabled on all iD Mobile plans, unfortunately we do not have a feature yet to separate the (up to) 30GB of data roaming usage vs normal usage, sorry.
