Hi,

please would you be able to help me to answer this question? How many gigabyte can I use while I am roaming  in EU? I have 100 GB of internet and it says I have 30 GB for roaming but also in ID website and do say ‘

Use Your Full UK Data Allowance at No Extra Cost!

From 1 October 2024 and until further notice, all customers can use their full UK data allowance in Roam Free destinations*, at no extra cost! We’ll notify you when the promotion ends and when the 30GB Roaming data limit is reinstated. Have a great trip!’ 

Can anybody explain to me? How is this working? Does this mean I can use all my 100 GB in EU or it’s only 30 GB?

    Hi @Akk,

    Welcome to the Community!

    You can use your full 100GB whilst in an EU roaming country.

    You’ll be notified when the offer ends but you can set your cap to £0 so you don’t get charged any extra.
