I am heading to the carribean. If I want to upgrade my roaming package for the duration, is it the same as USA? There is not an option to upgrade for the Carribean specifically?

Hey there ​@Steve Goody, thank you for reaching out.

 

We do offer add-ons, but only for specific countries I’m afraid, which the Carribean isn’t included. This is only offered for:

 

USA, Turkey, India, Switzerland, Morocco, Mexico, Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong & New Zealand.

 

Therefore, you will need to increase your bill cap to allow charges for data, calls and texts. Charges can be found here:
