I am unable to activate roaming in Italy, as I didn't turn it on in the UK.  Is there anything I can do?

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with roaming in Italy. 

    Do you have access to the app? If so, you can attempt to activate the service from there.

    Hey there ​@Liz Roberts, sorry to hear that.

     

    Have you enabled roaming via the iD Mobile app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings?

     

    If not working, what happens when you try please?

    I have activated on the immobile app, but roaming is greyed out on my phones settings

    Have you tried rebooting the phone?
