Could a member of ID mobile please clarify the position with roaming in EU . Can I use up to my monthly allowance of 108GB or am I capped at 30GB.   Many thanks

Hey there ​@LizD, sorry for the confusion here. Typically, you would be subject to the fair usage policy of 30GB data in EU countries if you joined us/upgraded after 21 June 2023, please see below:

However, currently, we’re running a promotion where you can use as much data as your usual UK allowances will allow. Therefore, for example, currently if you’re on 100GB data, then you can use up to 100GB data in EU countries too. This promotion is also shown via the link sent above.

    Hi ​@LizD  you can use your remaining inclusive data, up to 30GB.
