roaming.

Hi

My wife is currently on a cruise to Spain and Italy, she has not got into a port yet as 2 days at sea. She has 199gb of data in her account. I have noticed that her bill has increased to £65 instead of the usually £16. She has messaged me to say that her data no longer works. Do you have to be on land for the inclusive 30gb of roaming and will this still be available when she goes onto shore at Cadiz.

Thanks in advance.

Roaming at sea

You’ll be subject to ‘Maritime roaming’ charges, even if you’re travelling between any of our ‘Inclusive Roaming’ destinations. For more information, and to view the charges, select ‘Roaming’ above, and then ‘Ships, Ferries, Cruise Liners’ on the dropdown.
