It doesn’t seem like they have the ability to see how long you’ve been roaming for, nor How much data you used?

Unfortunately there is not currently a way to track the usage used while specifically roaming, we’re feeding back the want for this feature, however don’t currently have anything to announce.

Yes, I know. I wasn’t shaming you, I was saying that you can use the full UK allowence until further notice, so usage tracking is not needed

Personally you should keep the roaming allowence indefinately as it’s a massive selling point to have ID Mobile, people like to have big data allowences while roaming, so they don’t have to fear how much they’re using

Thank you for the replys, i wa more worried about the number of days roaming than the actual data used but i don't seem to see a counter for days actually using roaming. 

I take it you’re on an extended holiday, Not just the usual one or two weeks.

Yeah i do a lot of weekends and weeks away in random smal blocks so it just gets tricky to keep tabs. 

If there is no way to view this how can i stay within the fair usage policy?

so??? how much roaming I can use ?!? how to find out from….ID website ?!? or over the...phone buahahaha ( I know is Not possible to talk to human, buahaha :( )

I’m really sorry for the confusion. I can understand why roaming information feels a bit overwhelming, especially with different limits and rules mentioned online.
 

To clarify in simple terms:

Roaming allowance with iD Mobile:
• You can use your UK allowance in selected destinations
• There is a fair use limit of up to 30GB per month for roaming in supported destinations
• If your UK plan is under 30GB, you simply use your full allowance
• If you have unlimited or more than 30GB, roaming is capped at 30GB
• If you go over the 30GB limit, extra charges may apply (around £3 per GB)
 

Outside of included destinations:
• You may need a “Roam Beyond” add-on for countries not included
 

How to check your usage:
• The easiest way is via the iD Mobile app or My Account online
• It will show your roaming usage and alerts as you approach limits
