    Hi @JJGregory

Unfortunately not, if there’s any issues with fair usage, we’ll automatically be in touch.

    hi there

I asked a similar question of “ how do I know how much roaming data I have left” and I was met with the answer of

    ”

From 1 October 2024 and until further notice, all customers can use their full UK data allowance in Roam Free destinations*, at no extra cost! We’ll notify you when the promotion ends and when the 30GB Roaming data limit is reinstated.

    - Anika”

It doesn’t seem like they have the ability to see how long you’ve been roaming for, nor How much data you used?

    Hi @L0rdvega

Unfortunately there is not currently a way to track the usage used while specifically roaming, we’re feeding back the want for this feature, however don’t currently have anything to announce.

Yes, I know. I wasn’t shaming you, I was saying that you can use the full UK allowence until further notice, so usage tracking is not needed

Personally you should keep the roaming allowence indefinately as it’s a massive selling point to have ID Mobile, people like to have big data allowences while roaming, so they don’t have to fear how much they’re using

Thank you for the replys, i wa more worried about the number of days roaming than the actual data used but i don't seem to see a counter for days actually using roaming.

I take it you’re on an extended holiday, Not just the usual one or two weeks.

I don’t have an answer for you unfortunately as I do mobile do not provide the information

        Thanks for the answers,

Yeah i do a lot of weekends and weeks away in random smal blocks so it just gets tricky to keep tabs.

If there is no way to view this how can i stay within the fair usage policy?

so??? how much roaming I can use ?!? how to find out from….ID website ?!? or over the...phone buahahaha ( I know is Not possible to talk to human, buahaha :( )

        anyone can help, answer ?!?

I found this on Google  :)

In 2026, iD Mobile allows customers to use up to 30GB of data per month at no extra cost in 50 designated destinations. If your UK plan has less than 30GB, you can use your full allowance, but if you have unlimited or more than 30GB, you are capped at 30GB for roaming.

        iD Mobile +2

Key Roaming Details for iD Mobile (2026):

        • Free Destinations: The 30GB allowance applies to 50 locations, largely within the EU and select other countries.
        • Going Over the Cap: If you exceed 30GB, a surcharge of £3 per GB applies.
        • Alternative Destinations: For countries outside the 50 inclusive spots, such as the USA or Australia, you can purchase "Roam Beyond" add-ons.
        • Tracking Usage: You can monitor your usage through the iD Mobile app to avoid unexpected charges, as the app provides alerts at 80% and 100% of your usage.
        • Roaming Cap: There is a standard £45 roaming limit to prevent excessive charges, which can be removed or adjusted if needed.
