I have paid for roaming and its not working

Hey there ​@Beckie1989, sorry to hear that. When did you purchase this and where are you abroad please?

 

Have you tried restarting your phone, resetting your network settings and manually switching between available networks via your phone’s settings to see if any work?

 

Also to check, have you enabled roaming via the iD Mobile app/website, and also via your phone’s own settings?
