We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using your iPhone 17 while travelling in the EU.

If you're travelling in one of our Inclusive Roaming destinations, we'd first recommend checking that roaming is enabled both on your iD Mobile account and in your iPhone's settings. We'd also recommend making sure that International and Premium services are enabled on your iD Mobile account.

Next, try resetting your network settings on your iPhone:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
6. Your phone will restart.
