I have just been sent a roaming alert when I have had roaming switched off since the start of the trip - by ferry, so potentially expensive.  Has anyone else experienced this? Am I likely to be charged?

What was the message? I know when I landed in Turkey recently, I got a warning when I connected to the airport Wi-Fi, even though I had Roaming OFF. If you have concerns, check your latest Bill.

And double check your Bill Cap so you stay in control of your out of plan spend.
