How do I monitor my data usage?

Hey there @Britmandy, welcome to Community!

 

You should be able to track general usage via logging into the iD Mobile app/website. However, we don’t show how much data usage you’ve used for roaming specifically in-app.

 

You’ll receive a text when you’ve used 80% of your roaming cap, and a further text when/if you’ve used 100% of your data roaming cap.

 

If you haven’t received the 80% text whilst you’ve been using data, then you’re safe to know that you’re not quite yet close to reaching your cap.
