Hello, I have recieved two texts saying I’m being charged for going abroad, but I’ve literally not left the country! I’m on the Norfolk coast, Can I please check I have not been charged anything else on to my bill as I have not left the uk. Thank you.

Turn off roaming! If you’re near the coast or if the conditions are right, you may end up connecting to a foreign network, ferry or cruise ship.

I’ve been to the same beach multiple times and it has never happened before, and I was with 5 others who it didn’t happen to either!
Didn’t realise roaming was still on, on my phone but it’s switched off now 👍 Id are sorting it for me thankfully.
