i keep fetting texts about roaming charges while i am abroad...i do not use mobile data,i have a local sim...how do i contact a human about this,as i am out the country for at least 6 months

My best recommendation to avoid unwanted charges would be to utilize a bill cap, this can be done in the iD Mobile app.
