I’ve just got to Canada and my data roaming isn’t working. I have checked my id mobile app and roaming is enabled. Roaming is enabled on my phone. I’ve done all the steps on the id mobile roaming issue FAQ, I’ve reset my phone and nothing. It connects to a service provider and I have signal and even have a 4G / 5G icon appear but as soon as I try to use an internet tab it says cannot connect to server! Any help please?

I’d recommend attempting to manually connect to Telus, Bell, Eastlink, Wind and Videotron to see if this helps.
Is the issue only with data? How are calls and texts?
