I am in France and my phone won't connect to the mobile network. I have roaming set to on and APN settings seem to be correct. But can't make calls or connect to internet except via WiFi. Any suggestions please?

Sorry to hear this, have you tried manually connecting to our network partners there instead of automatic network selection?
Our network partners in France are Orange, Free Mobile, BYTEL and BOUYGTEL.

If you haven’t roamed before it’s possible roaming isn’t enabled on your account, have you logged in to check that? Otherwise you can ask an agent to check through support.
