roaming in sint maarten

Hey there ​@Lindabee2, we can indeed see that Saint Martin is included, buy Sint Maarten appears not to be:

Therefore, when roaming in Saint Martin, everything will be included and can roam as you like.

When in Sint Maarten, we’d recommend turning off your data if you don’t wish to be charged, and not using texts and calls unless you really need to. Or, set your bill cap to £0.00 via the iD Mobile app/website, and then you cannot be charged for roaming or anything out of contract at all:

Roaming charges in Sint Maarten.

Great news! Sint Maarten is one of our free Roaming destinations which means that you can use your monthly data allowance and add-ons at no extra cost, up to 30GB.
 

So are you saying the information on the link I posted above from ID’s own roaming page Is incorrect?

Hey there ​@MZone, you’re completely correct, my apologies for the incorrect information there. Thank you for raising that with me. I have now edited my previous response, thus to not confuse ​@Lindabee2 and further customers moving forward.

For some reason it shows via the link you sent as included, but not via the link I was looking at. I will get this raised internally to look over and make clearer.

​@Lindabee2 to re-confirm, you can use your device and SIM in both countries free of charge.
