Roaming issue Samsung s21

I have just found out that I can't access mobile data roaming on my phone, the options are all greyed out, I have done the usual things like resetting the network, removing and reinserting the sim card, restarting the phone, I also checked my account and data roaming was on, I thought I would turn it off then back on but now that option is greyed out on my account! Can someone please help? And before you say it, no I'm not doing a factory reset for this.

Hey there ​@Pete7769, sorry to hear that. If data roaming is greyed out, this typically points towards a system or device issue as opposed to our network, and may indicate a fault with the device itself, as I don’t believe we can turn this back on for you. I’d recommend contacting Samsung in the initial instance to see what they suggest and if they can resolve this for you, and then let us know how you get on.
