I have just found out that I can't access mobile data roaming on my phone, the options are all greyed out, I have done the usual things like resetting the network, removing and reinserting the sim card, restarting the phone, I also checked my account and data roaming was on, I thought I would turn it off then back on but now that option is greyed out on my account! Can someone please help? And before you say it, no I'm not doing a factory reset for this.

If data roaming is greyed out, this typically points towards a system or device issue as opposed to our network, and may indicate a fault with the device itself, as I don’t believe we can turn this back on for you.
