I have recently arrived in France and haven't been able to use roaming. I have roaming turned on, and it shows as though it is connected, but I am unable to access anything which requires Internet unless I'm using WiFi.
I have since been to Italy and Monaco and received the iD text saying I can "roam like at home" but I still cannot use roaming.
Others who are with me and use iD (all android) can use roaming just fine.
Having searched the topic, I reset my network settings, restarted my phone, tried to manually input the correct APN settings for iD, and tried to manually select a service provider but none have worked. The only thing I haven't been able to try is take my sim card out, however I don't believe this to be an issue since data works just fine at home.
Is there anything I can do about this?
