Roaming not working in Turkey

Both myself and my mum bought the 5 day add on so we can use data while we are on holiday in Turkey, but neither of us are able to actually access the Internet with the exception of hotel WiFi. We have 4g and full bars and have tried everything suggested on the Web page to fix it such as restarting the phone and manually selecting providers but nothing has helped. We need to be able to use maps and websites while out and about so how can we resolve this issue?

Finally got it to work, disconnecting from the automatically allocated service provider and selecting another one from the list was successful after a few tries

Thanks for the advice, after an hour on the live chat, without any help, you fixed it in a couple of minutes - now to explore Istanbul!
