roaming not working in usa


I’m so frustrated that I purchased a 10 day roaming which was £35 to not be able to receive anything. It’s ruinin to our holiday as we rely on data and phone to get about. 
im in the USA !

Hi, I have paid for data roaming in the USA (New York) and this is not working. Roaming is enabled on my services and paid for bolt on. Can you help please?

I have just come home from New York where I purchased the roaming package whilst at JFK airport using their WIFI as my phone was data dead when I landed. I went on live chat for several days and my problem wasn’t resolved. I spent 10 day in USA with no data whilst away from my hotel. This was a great inconvenience and I am a new customer with ID. I am wishing I would have stayed with O2. I just been credited £15 of my monthly bill for January which is an absolute insult. I was in total blackout while I was out and about in a city where you need your phone.

I have still not had a response - can someone remove this charge from my bill please as I have been unable to use this and am certainly not paying for it.

Hi Nat, 

i am currently at the airport on my way home with no roaming used. Can you remove this from my bill please as I was unable to use it even when switching through the networks.
