Roaming only functions on EDGE in USA

My Samsung A13 5G doesn't allow me to use roaming data above EDGE. I paid for 10 days of data in the USA and it is barely functional but when I go through the customer support live chat the person either ignores or disconnects me when I ask for a refund. When I put the sim into an iPhone, it had 4G service. Roaming is enabled, the APN settings are correct and I have tried to connect to T-Mobile and AT&T, the latter of which does not work. It is set to LTE/3G/2G (auto connect). I have restarted my phone about 10 times, taken out the sim, cleaned it and put it back about the same amount. I am here for a month so would like to be able to go places alone. If I am unable to use my phone to its full extent, I would like a refund.

Hey there ​@melissjg, sorry to hear that. Have you tried resetting your network settings?

 

If you add-on doesn’t work at all, and we can see no/ very limited usage, then of course we’d be happy to refund it.
