Ive added a 5 day package & it's not working. When will it activate please?

Hey there ​@Nicoleskoro, sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your phone since purchasing?

 

Did you purchase in the UK before going abroad, or whilst abroad?

 

Is roaming enabled via both the iD Mobile app/website and your phone’s own settings also?

Can you please try a manual network search on the handset?

This should locate all available networks. From there please try the networks available to check if they connect and work. 

 

If you require assistance with the steps to do this, please let us know the make/model of your handset.
