Why do you have variable roaming allowances for abroad e.g 1 day, 5 day, 10day etc. I am going to Canada for 6 days but the only option is 5 days, but other countries have longer.
Roaming passes

Hi Tyler, could you advise if the issues raised by others about billing and airplane mode have been resolved?
Thanks
I did some online research into this and on Three for example (many other examples for other operators too) the issue was for iPhone users. I believe that even if you switch data roaming off there is a setting on the device called WiFi assist. This means your phone will use mobile data if you have poor WiFi speed. Even though data roaming is switched off having WiFi assist toggled on bypasses this feature. Hence people were getting charged the £2 a day roaming charge. This is one of the many reasons I moved to iD as it incudes some free roaming. Setting your spend cap to £0 will also stop you from incurring any out of contract charges.
