I have taken all the steps to resolve roaming issues. I’ve reset the network and everything that was advised.
Still no luck. The roaming choice is not even available on my phone, so I am told in that case to contact ID, but there is no way of contacting anyone. I have an eSIM from ID and another card from another provider.
