Why won’t the I’d app allow me to turn off Roaming. Toggle keeps switching back on

Once roaming is toggled off it should remain off.
Have you tried via your account online?
If you still have issues, please let us know and we can PM you to turn it off from our side.
I would also advise turning roaming off via your handset settings.
